WORSHIP

Worship of God is one of our highest values.

We love to worship God in song, praise, creativity & service. John Wimber who founded the Vineyard movement of churches said: “We have been commanded, we have been chosen and we have been created to worship… Everyone is a worshipper… We turn to God and we learn to worship - to minister to God”.

As we worship, we seek God’s face and we begin to be healed and revitalised. Our services include about 20-30 minutes of singing - the songs are contemporary, easy to lean and join in with. We have a small band to help us worship.

We also recognise that we can worship God through creativity and through serving others. We hold occasional special worship events - look out for details on our what's on page, and we have opportunities for everyone to get involved in serving in church life and through links to serving in our community. Do get in touch if you’d like more information on upcoming worship events or details of how you can get involved.

Upper Room - Worship

As well as prioritising worship in our Sunday and weekday gatherings, we spend occasional evenings seeking God’s presence, worshiping and listening to him. Look out for details on our “What’s On” page
