We take Safeguarding very seriously. KETTERING VINEYARD CHURCH undertake to follow all national and local safeguarding legislation and procedures, provide training for our staff and volunteers and regularly review the guidelines. We are subscribed to ThirtyOne:Eight

Gifts & Hospitality

It is our policy to conduct all our business in an honest and ethical manner. We undertake to uphold any UK laws with regard to bribery and corruption, including the Bribery Act 2010. We commit to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our dealings and relationships.
Whistle-Blowing Policy
This policy sets out the framework for dealing with allegations of illegal and improper behaviours. We are committed to the highest standards of transparency, probity, integrity and accountability. If you have an issue relating to any leaders in the church, please contact us (or in the case of allegations against the senior pastors, please contact one of our trustees.
Expenses Policy
This policy sets a framework for claiming expenses incurred on behalf of Kettering Vineyard (‘The Charity’). The policy ensures members of staff act reasonably when incurring expenses and achieve value for money.The policy applies to anyone contracted to work for Kettering Vineyard, as well as ad hoc expenses claimed from the church.
